A self-starter – someone who always finds out the right thing to do and gets on with the job. If a manager has given no guidance SK.TACO will still take appropriate action. If the required tools are unavailable, they is able to improvise. Fast and accurate at solving mental math problems and has high-level skills requiring complex calculation and analysis. Late on more than 3 but fewer than 5 occasions in 6 months. SK.TACO does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late.
