It doesnt actually work, just a joke to show how destructive and overpowered the HRL-7 is. In reality, it's range is 6m, which isn't large enough to destroy a bank. However, if you aim it right at the center of the bank, it should be able to destroy Tellers and anybody near the second alarm, which is much easier to control since the Tellers tend to get to the alarm much faster. Since there will still be people by it, you will still have to control the civvies over there. On the downside, you would have to saw into cams very quickly if you're goin without an ECM jammer and will have to get everyone on a pager, giving just about no time to control the civs.

Nono I mean, if you shot it into the bank, wouldnt one of the civilians trigger the silent alarm in another room, or a cop call for backup, or a victim phone for cops? Idk, Im just asking because I really really want to try this!

The silent alarm is something the criminals use to delay police respons time. It does not call the cops.
