Well, I was thinking that the bomber is going to end up being priced in the ballpark of the other mid tier halloween effects (160-255). I can't give you a better estimate since not many halloween 2016 effets have been priced yet. I'm also going to need to downgrade my TC to get a hat in that range, so if there's any particular hats you would be interested in, let me know so I can attemt to get one for you. Anyways, sorry for the excessively long comment :-).
