Simple premise, quality polish, and amazing progression system.

"Hell is other people." Don't come into this with a super competitive mindset. There's some RNG that can't be avoided, but it's a lot of fun when it works out in your favor. Play it for fun, casually, and you will have a blast.

After every game (win or lose) you earn in-game currency, XP on an entirely FREE battlepass, and if you manage to win the game, you also get an additional special currency. Both of these currencies let you buy cosmetics. You can buy more currency with real money, but you earn a good amount by just playing. It's a great progression system as even when you lose, you're still making progress. Especially with the low match times and low loading times the game never stops.

Highly recommend this game.

First off, despite my low hour count on Steam I have played this game for about 100 hours on mobile. I love the series and I thought why not give it a try in VR.

I was BLOWN AWAY. This game has better menus and controls than most AAA VR titles. The interactive menus and booping buttons is incredibly satisfying, if you have a headset I would seriously consider giving this a try.

I play a lot of Dirt in VR so I was excited that this had a first person mode. It's a bit of a vomet comet, HOWEVER, there are an insane amount of settings you can tweak to make it just right for you.

On top of the amazing controls, there's a ton of content. If you end up liking this game, there's probably 50+ hours of content, and I mean that in all seriousness.

It looks like a mobile meh, but I swear it's actually a mega masterpiece.

SUCH a good local-coop game. Always kills even with friends that aren't good at games. It's ridiculous in the best ways and actually has a really good progression system. Worth $15 for sure, super worth it if its ever on sale.

It's fun, it's being consistently updated, it's a sandbox, it's got cute lil dudes. If you need to know more then you probably won't like this game.

A classic reimagined in the best way possible. You're doing yourself a disservice if you haven'e experienced this game start to end.

When people ask you "what's your favorite game?" I normally have a hard time. However, after playing this game for hours on end I no longer have to struggle to answer. You'll get into the groove, work the hell out of your arms, and listen to amazing music for hours on end. A must have for any VR owner.

Man this game is fun. The best way to play is to grab a beer, order a pizza, and play a campaign with two local friends. There's a TON of content so you'll be playing for a while. If you like turn based combat and diablo-like decisions, this game is for you.

An amazing game, however I must preface this with a warning. The game still has a strong playerbase, but it is slowly rising in skill. It has a hard skill cliff to climb, so be prepared for an unfair fight.

That being said, I've had a wonderful time playing this game. It's a polished experience that was built with the player's fun in mind (instead of his pockets).

This is one of those free to play games that has stolen my heart, over and over again. You don't need to play to progress because the game has been designed with balance in mind. If you like building things from the ground up and breaking them down with explosions, this game was made for you. Couple that with the excitement of multiple game modes, and the difficulty of driving your own contraptions and this game will be entertaining for a long, long time.

Early Access Review
It's rare for a sequel to be good, let alone be better than the original. It's also even more rare to have a game transcend dimensions and again come out on top. RoR2 has done both of those, both being an amazing sequel and giving the gameplay an additional dimension. Better played with friends, but fun regardless.
