I get to be an animals

I wasn't expecting a game where I had to think would be so much fun

When I played the original Entropy: Zero, I enjoyed it for the most part, though had a few issues with it, so I wasn't sure what to expect going into its sequel.

But this is probably my favourite Half-Life 2 mod I've ever played. The gameplay itself was very satisfying, but the story felt like such a big love letter to the entire Half-Life franchise.

On one hand I don't wanna just call this a fanmade "Episode 3", as it kinda lessens it and implies that this doesn't have it's own story, but on the other hand, while playing this it really did feel like it fit perfectly within the Half-Life canon, and had some really exciting story ideas that showed us what could have been.

There were a couple of points where I wasn't sure if some things made sense with existing Half-Life, but upon closer inspection it all seems to fit really well.

During the intro I wasn't too sure how I felt about Bad Cop's character, hearing the first bits of backstory made me wonder if this was going to be another Sergeant Mitchell, but it didn't feel too overbearing the same way it did there. There wasn't too much focus on Bad Cop's backstory, but there also wasn't too little of it either.

Overall this was a really fun experience that I just wanted to keep continuing to see what happened next. I tend to replay the series once every year or two, and from now on I plan to replay this alongside them.



Wilson-jumping got me killed a few times though.

Since the summer update a month and a half ago, I've only ran into a couple of bots/cheaters. Valve have really cleared them out, and hopefully it'll stay that way
