MY TOP 5 WATCH LIST

5. Audemars Piguet Royal Oak ‘Jumbo’ Ref. 16202

Nowadays, you can find countless variations of the Royal Oak. In 1972, there was only one: the "Jumbo." Today, it's still the most important Royal Oak, if not the most important sport watch, full stop. In 2022, Audemars Piguet updated and improved the Royal Oak Jumbo for its 50th anniversary, introducing the 16202. The reference didn't bring dramatic changes, but when we're talking about the Royal Oak that's not what we want anyway. AP added a new, modern caliber with the specs we've come to expect from a sport watch, but kept the external dimensions the exact same. If you were pressed to choose only one modern AP, this is still the one. This is a classic one that must be in a top 5 watch list

4. Vacheron Constantin Overseas Ref. 4300V/120G-B946

The Overseas collection, reinvented in 2016, conveys the spirit of travel. This openness to the world, inherited from François Constantin, has remained at the core of the Maison’s philosophy ever since its founding. Designed in a spirit of casual elegance and comfort enhanced by their interchangeable strap/bracelet system, Overseas timepieces are the perfect daily companions. A really nice watch and for the price you will not get a much better watch.

3. Rolex Yacht-Master II Ref. 116680

Inspired by the rich heritage that has bound Rolex to the world of yachting since the 1950s, the Yacht-Master and Yacht-Master II models embody the brand’s nautical spirit. The Yacht-Master brilliantly blends function and seafaring style. Presented in 2007, the Yacht-Master II is a regatta chronograph built for yachting competitions. I put this one very high on the list because I think it's very aestethic. Not the best investment watch but a really really nice watch.

2. Cartier Santos every ref number

The history of the Cartier Santos dates back to 1904. As the story goes, pioneering aviator Alberto Santos Dumont found it difficult to read his pocket watch while flying. He turned to friend and watchmaker Louis-François Cartier to develop a wristwatch suitable for life in the cockpit. Dumont reportedly wore the resulting wristwatch during all his subsequent flights, and thus, the Cartier Santos became the world’s first pilot’s watch. The model’s iconic design has hardly changed since its official introduction in 1911.

1. Patek Philippe Nautilus Tiffany & Co Dial Stainless Steel 5711/1A-018 - ATS-W007775

This exclusive Patek Philippe watch was produced in only 170 units worldwide and is only available at Tiffany & Co. Also, it is worth mentioning that getting your hands on the model is super difficult because of the exclusiveness. You have to be super popular, rich, and have a strong watch buying history. My top 1 watch of all time
