1. If you add me, chances are I will almost immediately message you when/if I accept your friend request to get a response from you if I find you suspicious.
Don't take it personally if I do, I just get tired of bots and scammers sitting on my friends request for days before they try anything when I have seen them using my friends list to target other people on it.

2. If it says I am "online" on steam, chances are I had to go afk or am dealing with something in the background or left steam running in the background.
Message me every now and then to make it easier for me to notice since I have the audio cue for steam messages disabled due to the occasional spammers.
