Worse story? Are you even kidding me? Again, you are ignoring every game that has been released by Triple A studios that has amazing storylines. Like did you even know Pentiment exists? That game is made by obsidian and has one of the greatest narratives you'll ever experience in a game. But you ignore it because you probably don't like the art style and are too scared to give it a chance, or worse you didn't even know it existed which proves my point that you are judging the entire industry under a very limited perspective of games.
You are the biggest clown of them all, bud.
Worse physics? Do you even know about the physics engines that games use today? They are so much more advanced than anything that was an alternative 15 years ago. You are just factually incorrect here and making up BS.
Worse gameplay? Do you even play every game that releases or just judge every game that exists under the monolith of shitty Triple A? Elden Ring or really any From Software title, God of War, last of Us 2, Red Dead Redemption, Doom Eternal, Metro Exodus, Monster Hunter, all of the amazing remakes like the RE remakes, and the list goes on. Ok Call of Duty and Assasin's Creed is the same game every release, but if you are really going to use those as the only examples of Triple A games you are either actively not attempting to enjoy other games or you're just being disingenuous to push some BS narrative because you hate the developers that make the things that you supposedly enjoy.
You are basically saying "I have had the same bicycle for 20 years, and the only repairs I've had to do on it is replace the tires a few times. Why does my car that I have had for the same time period required massively more repairs?" well, cause a car has thousands of more moving parts and more points of failure than a bicycle. I wouldn't expect a car to be as stable as a bicycle, because more things can inevitably go wrong.
