Spoiler free - However does talk about some aspects of the game

So... I was sceptical at first especially for a game coming out with the tag of £50 as lately... We have all been disappointed by one or many games around this price tag.

Graphics: 9/10 - Not one single top down RPG competes with this
Game play: 10/10 - Mixture of turn based + Old school RPG feel
Story: 9/10
Soundtrack: 10/10 - One boss fight could be a Disney villain song its incredible.

For a game franchise to make this big of a come back after 23 years (for release - closer to 15 for early access) is incredible especially for those who remember the original two games. The characters feel like they are knitted together well and have some incredible dialogue lines with or without romancing them. There are very few characters from the original games but if you remember Jaheira you may be disappointing with her involvement in this game as it doesnt feel like she has as much impact.

I was heavily invested with my character who ended up being a Dragon Born - Sorcerer / Paladin. I made some HUGE decisions near the end that made the end feel rather sad to me. However i re-rolled the save and corrected this. Both endings i had with the characters relationships in the game felt emotional in both Beautiful and Sad ways. Im not sure what else to say about Baldurs Gate 3 besides i did not once feel like i had nothing to do. The game is a lifetime within 100 hours. The choices you make affect your reputation and have weight to them. The Soundtrack is absolutely top notch. Visually for a top down RPG it is absolutely stunning. Finally... I DO NOT regret purchasing this at full price in the slightest.

To the devs that said this game sets unrealistic expectations. ♥♥♥♥ you stop cutting corners and put more care in to things before a release. With that said, Baldurs gate 3 might be a once in a lifetime game reviving a franchise after 23 years. But the fact the game had constant development and fixes in early-access and 6 year development to be polished for a full release SHOULD NOT be something called "Unrealistic" The games market has gotten complacent and projects are starting to get rushed. This is proof that a nice slow gentle bake is far more appealing to people rather than a gooey melty product that was rushed out the door..

Fought my first sectopod along with 2 codex who duplicated to 8 codex. All my guys only grazed the codex for 2 damage, couldnt kill anything.
The sectopod fired his wrath cannon and well... The result was, He deactivated windows 11, Crashed discord, And my game along with killing someone. 10/10 would reccomend this game any day of the week.

What can i say about this game that might be meaningful...

The visual and audio for this game are superb. As far as the gameplay goes for a battle royal its refreshing. A mele focused battle royal away from scifi and far fetched realities its really a breath of fresh air with a full eastern theme to the weapons, skins and characters. The combat isnt hard nor is it easy. Certain weapons can be a little confusing at first however they are very easy to learn at the same time. There is some great level of customization to the characters and some amazing skins for weapons you coan choose from. All progression is tied to playing, leveling up and the battlepass. There is both a free and paid battlepass, anything optional to buy in game is only cosmetic and there isnt a true way to make yourself better with money which is a huge win in my eyes. This game only gets better and easier with friends, coordinating attacks and having callouts is a huge bonus for this game like any other battleroyale. The only issue is the chinese playerbase seems to be all over the EU servers and i think they are working on this, Cheats have been seen but arnt common atall and ive only had a couple of experiences with them in my almost 30 hours.

This game is one of the 50 odd games that contains redshell spyware. Tracking what it is you do.

The game play could be better, graphics are very plastic. overall not the best of games.
Could be better if progression wasnt so damn slow without paying. Its VERY slow if you dont pay.
Dont reccomend.


Dont risk the spyware, Its not got a plan to be taken out.

Brilliant game but there is a small exploit on one of the last levels where you can go infenatly and get like 60000 in game credits in under half an hour basically

now i dont make many reviews on games but i had to one these. Ive had these games for a while never thought to play them because i didnt think they would ebe any good. And boy was i wrong. These games are brilliant in story and gameplay, i have never played a game that is so smooth in the way the story is and it it is worth getting them

There are a few bugs known but i have experienced very few of them . i cant think of any other negative things to say about these 2 games. The only thing i can say is Wow it was definatly worth the time playing

This is not much of a step up from the original game. I still profer the original the graphics changes they have made look barely different compared to what people make out, the only thing i like about this is the in game mod menu thing, even then thats a dissapointment. It stops your achivment progress just because you have mods.

If you want to buy this game go ahead, the game it self is briliant, the story, the guilds and of corse the Ranger play, Nothing beats a good bow. But save your money dont get this ar £30.

If you want this game atall get it from CDKeys for about £8 or get the original off it for a little bit less

Very nice to replay with aditional missions and workshop support. this is the exact thing the game needed its a nice way to bring it back. along with the 8player feature

Definatly needed for the game. If you wana play zombies of corse. but its not worth the full steam price there are ways of getting it cheaper like nearly anything in the world. you get the zombies maps. Revelations at start is a tad confusing but thers alot to do on it. Der Eischendrachen (cant spell it) is definatly good to play. the bows on it are insane. i wont leave all details and nothing for multi.

Definatly worth getting though
