What an amazing and hilarious game that I have played in 2024. Suggested by an acquaintance, GUARDS! is a single-player and/or co-op FPS that puts you in the shoes of the guards of New Alestead, where you must complete missions to collect intel on the whereabouts of a sector's Kingpin. These missions include subduing perps (killing them works like a charm), extracting perps (beat them to a bloody pulp with a plank of wood,) rescuing hostages (please resist your urge to smack them with your frying pan), or securing narcotics (do NOT inhale the MIFF) by escorting them back to the APC area. There are over 50+ armor changes, and certain armors can affect your armor (health points) to take more fatal hits, over 20+ different weapons from blunt weapons to subdue and arrest your target, or a lethal weapon to decapitate their heads. Last, but not least, BEANS. Of course, there are a variety of bugs currently as of this review, but the dev team is active with the community and constantly doing their best to patch any bugs (for the most part). The game is great and perfect to play with friends.

Albion Online is a fantastic sandbox MMORPG that immerses you into the Land of Albion. The game has beautiful scenery with an ear-soothing soundtrack in every region and area. Albion Online allows the user to specialize in pretty much anything. You can be a warrior wielding swords or axes, a rogue with a bow or dagger, a mage with a staff and tome, or even a gatherer in mining for ore, chopping for wood, and so much more. There is so much to do and choose from in Albion that it is always a pleasure to have goals to work towards every day. I highly recommend new players to join and invite their friends to join alongside us in the Land of Albion.

It's an entertaining and fast-paced game that makes you want to fist-pump the air. Its short matches make it a great game if you need a quick break or an easy grindfest if you're into that. The controls are easy to use and master with a variety of game modes to choose from.

My main concern is that it is still labeled "Season 1" after many months of being out which is odd, a variety of items being locked behind a paywall i.e packs and season pass, albeit most of it is cosmetic with some being actual weaponry, and a lot of queued matches end up with bots which can be annoying considering they can one-shot you without fail, which becomes frustrating, especially in Search and Destroy. Aside from those, it is a great game nonetheless.

To be quite honest, I have no idea why I have not left a review for this game ever since I have first played. I first played Stardew Valley on iOS in September of 2022 and loved the game ever since. Purchasing Stardew Valley for PC was a fantastic decision and have become more immersed into the game than I have before.

Stardew Valley is a fun and relaxing farm life simulator with beautiful visuals and a soothing soundtrack that allows for a numerous amount of things you can do. You can clean and build your beautiful farm, you can traverse the mines while fending off against vast creatures, you can fish all over the valley to become a master angler, or my personal favorite, find your love interest and start a family together. There are 12 marriageable villagers: 6 bachelors and 6 bachelorettes, each having their own backstory, hobbies and interests. The best part is that you can date either gender, regardless of yours! The only difference is that same gender marriage only adopts a child rather than giving birth to one. My love for life is Emily for her unique personality. She is very weird and radiates massive positive energy that I love dearly. Of course, these are just a few things you can do in Stardew Valley, so it would be better that you explore yourself.

Join us, and welcome to the valley, Farmer!

Locke(d) is a short and intriguing philosophical visual novel. Taking about 10 to 30 minutes of reading, depending on the pace you read, Locke(d) starts off making you, the Visitor, wonder where have waken up. You are waken up to a beautiful woman named the Host, in which she wants you to look around the room and talk with her about said things. It helps fuel your brain to new and different interpretations based on what is observed. The art style is cute and beautiful. The background music is soothing and absorbing into the atmosphere around you.

If you want a short brain-type visual novel to soak yourself into, this is definitely one of them.

The Bloons Tower Defense series has always been a childhood classic for me growing up. I love every game regardless of it's flaws. BTD6 is a massive upgrade from the previous installment. The graphics are very beautiful, the monkeys are very updated and polished, and the soundtrack is, ugh, perfect. It makes me happy to see that they brought back classic maps from previous installments as well as a few old soundtracks. My only flaw is that the new three path upgrade system, while it is very unique and creative, making you need to plan ahead of time, I cannot say I am satisfied due to me already appreciating the previous two path system. Overall, BTD6 is still fantastic and I would recommend the whole series to anyone.

The Shell of Permafrost was an amazing JRPG. I mainly enjoyed the story line/lore about it and I really wished that there was more playable time for the game.

A solid 9/10 from me.

Terraria is a fun, fantastic, and breath-taking game. You have a variety of customization towards your character, may it be weaponry, armor, accessories, or outfits. There are plenty of unique NPCs, enemies, and boss fights that can be very challenging, but very rewarding when you triumph. The visuals are stunning and the soundtrack is amazing to listen to and varies where you are at in the world too. I highly recommend anyone to give Terraria a try and enjoy it to it's fullest.

My Review on Terraria?

Well, Terraria is an astonishing game and that I would say that it's better than Minecraft ( my opinion ), but even though the game has ups and downs. I do not want to go into detail about it so, I will leave it at that.

Short and simple, I like it. 9.5/10
