. . . . I've played this game since launch. I started on xbox(because I was poor and Stupid) and then as of 2019 started on PC. I've explored the vast communities that this game has spawned and I've seen the best and worst of All of it. I Put in the Time. Over 3000+ hours of gameplay experience to base this review off of, here you go, my revised Review of Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers. I call it SS.
. . . . I went out of my way to Meet the mastermind behind Shinobi Shop and further developed my perspective on how the game functions. I looked into almost every "clan" to see where inquiring minds or hungry fighters were flocking too and Really wanting from the game, despite rumors and mob mentalities about who and who not to talk to. I paid very close attention to the developers and how this games lead changed hands, I've Watched there promises be made and some of them come to fruition even. I found the nest of the hackers and discovered their origins and how to Completely and utterly deal with them.
. . . . My opinion on how this game must feel for newer players has changed. I now think players, regardless of their skill level, are welcomed into the game alright. Lots to use and apply given you purchase everything the game has to offer, and the Devs have seen fit to offer new players deals for what they consider essential jutsu and such. Trying to provide tools to players so that they can enjoy the game you offer is ideal, and appreciated. I'm not gonna sit here and say it's all easy to get, or that you should EVER BUY MOONLIGHT SCROLLS(Never ♥♥♥♥♥♥ do that, ever. Literally go to the Shinobi Shop discord if you want stuff, I Highly Recommend this.) but I Will say that using Tenten to get ahold of items is fun and easier now. Most of my complaints were actually addressed, surprisingly enough.
. . . . Hackers have actually been receiving sweeping bans, and according to the Megamind behind Shinobi Shop, this is Due to the Report system. Reporting Hackers SPECIFICALLY 100 DAYS before a large update, or maybe even a small one, will Trigger a dev bot to sweep through and check accounts that have been reported for anything suspicious. These updates Can happen sporadically, and the report system Will check them, so please Report Every Hacker you See.(on an unrelated note >.> if you see any individuals fighting hackers to keep you safe, don't report Those guys, ya feel me lol? I, of course, can ♥Never♥ be eliminated from the game, but it's best I don't be slowed down when I try to Fight Back against those that would Steal the fun from You. ♥Aye?♥)
. . . . They've added new maps, like three so far. I'm stunned actually. That is so bizarre and unexpected that I legitimately am excited for the future of SS, and I hope there's more seasons to come, because what they've showcased to us so far is expansive and intuitive for the gameplay we have access to. Believe it or not, some of these maps seem to take Advanced Movement into account, for those of you aware of what that is. An example of this is the addition of the vertical chakra jump and the Snowy Leaf village map. The vertical jump is for beginners and is very useful for ascension, especially on that map and with buffs like Lightened Boulder and Oboroguruma, you can Fly from the Floor to the Roof instantly. But for those with advanced movements skills, the Walls of All the buildings in the Snowy Leaf Village map are ALL Tall and FLAT very intentionally I think. The Other Leaf Village map had lots of rounded walls and now that many tall walls, and the One tall wall it did have in the center(Base B Building) isn't all That useful most of the time. Getting around by speedily bunny hopping up the side of walls adds a level of mobility I've seen skilled players use to make themselves look like Actual ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Ninjas, Like Empress and Herbo. SImply Flying over roofs to surprise unwitting prey like Flying Raijin Snakes.

They've(the devs) attempted to balance Alot in the game, they haven't necessarily taken the Very Available Steps to cleanse the game completely of exploits(MORE ON THIS LATER) but the game functions Mechanically better with every update. Nerfs and Buffs seemingly appreciated, and even the most recent ones are impressive. The chakra claws were nerfed into the ground in so many meanings. BUT the new outfits that they've released offset the nerfs by essentially adding what makes those weapons so deadly Back to them. An interesting trade off for that power, that most players thought was way overpowered to begin with. I think this is Great for the base game. I hope they continue to do things like this, changes like this shift the meta and make the game fun again no matter Who I end up fighting. But I STILL suck despite my very best efforts to train with the very best in this game, Like those in KTS, who's leader is Actually a samurai goddess in and out of the game. Training with gods is crazy hard, but possible. Every player in this game can learn to become skilled now, I See the learning curve now in new players, and in myself, whom I consider experienced. But there's a whole different learning curve I wanna get into as well.
. . . . one of the final things I wanna talk about in this review is what I mentioned earlier, that SS is the base game. The Hive Mind controlling Shinobi Shop is developing an enhanced version of the base game that improves it in every way I feel these developers Should have by now. I don't know if they're(SS devs) planning something in the long run to release the Best version of this game in the future or whatever. I don't know, I don't care. This game should be Perfect by now Honestly. There's not much to ask for, private matchmaking, better netcode, less Crashing, which this newest update has provided alot more of. They've Tried to add things in and made what seems to be a Simple Bot to patrol for hackers. Bare minimum effort. What about private Matchmaking? What about Matchmaking in General? Why give us More ranks to progress through if they STILL don't actually matter? Why haven't they fixed OBVIOUS glitches and problems with the already existing content like double casting and such? The Overlord Controlling Shinobi Shop essentially Knows about the exact creation of where most of the hacks in this Game Come from and knows how to target and get rid of them, had they the power the Devs of SS currently do. For EONS this information has been offered to the devs, the old and new, Begging them to take it all for free so They can target and destroy Any chance for Hackers to exist in this game. I've Looked Into this people, Please Believe me, it is Not that hard to cure this game. The devs CAN do it, but they won't because they Do Not Care as much as you Think they do. In actual fact, the only reason I'm changing my recommendation for this game from No to Yes is Because supporting this games existence Also means supporting Shinobi Shop and their ongoing development of their enhanced version of the game, which Flawlessly Already solves ALL of these issues. All of them. It's not even done and some random ♥♥♥♥♥♥ schmuck in the middle of nowhere has lovingly crafted what an entire studio of supposed caring developers couldn't accomplish in Years. When it's completed, I'll happily call it SS2 and dump the other game and donate ♥♥♥♥♥♥ thousands if I have to in order to keep it afloat, because this game has such potential. I've played it every single day for Years. I've met people I'll Never leave behind Because of this game. I've discovered relationships I'll cherish for the rest of my life on SS, just out of nowhere, for our shared enjoyment of this mess of a game. The future is Very bright for SS, and I say stick around and be exctited. But not for what the devs bring, for what Shinobi Shop turns their mess Into. Crap into Gold seemingly made reality, I'd put My name on that ♥♥♥♥, so support Shinobi Shop and SS. [!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!REVIEW CONTINUED IN COMMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]
