Apart from a lacking penalty system the game is good

If it weren't for the modding community, this game would died already.
Broken, old.
But i can drive on Tokyo highways and japanese touge's.

I feel like a rallying god with my Peugeot 306.

Old, irrelevant, unplayable for the newbies. Avoid.
