i'm not one to usually leave reviews. i always have trouble putting my thoughts into comprehensible words that make sense to anybody else but me. but this game. this game has touched in me in an emotional way that i may never be able to recover from. as someone who has struggled with a lot of the themes present in this experience, i feel this game may not have as much of an impact on some. and that's okay. but you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least give it a try. i'm glad i did. and i'm hoping there is eventually an official release for some of this music. because oh my god. it is exceptional, from the starting song "choking on caviar" to the eye drenching finale of "goodbye", this is a true treat for the ears! and a lot of the stuff that doesn't appear in game but is only in the files (as far as i know) is also fantastic and worth checking out afterwards.

take care of yourself

A very, VERY solid platformer that is just plain fun to control. If you loved Super Mario Sunshine, this is a must buy. With characters that will stick with you even after you've completed it, to level design that feels good to explore, there's no reason to overlook this one. Trust me. Just buy it. But in all seriousness, LEGO Worlds is a really good game, and I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys games like Minecraft. There are a few problems with the game though, like:
-There is no multiplayer (as of this build)
-No kind of map system, so you should be careful about wandering from structures you really like
-Some NPCs are not biome linked, so it may take a while to find one you really enjoy and want to use for customization
There is a lot of good which I feel outweighs the bad, like:
-Tons of boimes to explore and props to unlock
-The music is pretty good
-You can ride a dog
-Plenty of vehicles which means plenty of ways to get around
-It's LEGO, I mean come on
All in all, I give this game a pretty solid 8/10
