killed 5 civilians with Door explosives.

it's a disappointment.
the nations all feel the same in the end, they may be different but the feeling is not.
too few nations, too few maps.
unit cap is cancer.
campaign is utter garbage.

gameplay and graphics are good.

great game but the mixture of low FOV und 3rd Person makes it really difficult to see when your mates are near.
And it does not help either with FF.

it's a nice looking game in terms of graphics but not environment and it has a smoother feel to it but that's it.
everything else is a huge stepback.

STORY:
I hate it, i can't relate to the main character. in the previous instance you the player were the main character but here you play a women searching for her sister and it's not at all relatable.
it's alienating and the character you play talks on it's own nope-di-nope nope.

ENVIRONMENT:
it's boring it's mostly ice and some boring not good looking biomes size and depth is greatly reduced.
the land is boring and unnecessary it's all ice with an exception for some nice looking tree groups.

GAMEPLAY:
it's smoother and feels nicer.

RESOURCES:
build a base in the coral-bridges biome and you're set for life you can find all resources around here.

VEHICLES:
I hate them. they are generally slower than in the previous game because the map is smaller , prawn suits mobility is greatly reduced.
the sea train may be a good idea in theory but it's not, it's a piece of ♥♥♥♥ caterpillar with no real use. it's slow(even slower with modules on it), the modules are unnecessary why would you need cargo if all resources can be found around your base? why would you need crafting if the map is so small that returning to your base is faster. aquarium looks cool.
Snow fox is also a piece of crap it turns like an oil leaking tankship.

the seamoth was a real cool and fast vehicle. the prawnsuit was way more mobile before and the cyclops was just mind blowing i absolutely loved the steering of this thing it really felt like you were steering a massive submarine.

BASE BUILDING:
it added a large room with possible glas roof and a commando room. both are really cool.
but the need for a large base and power plants is not needed. the bio reactor still has the same plant in it since the beginning you don't need energy the scanner room is unnecessary you can find all resources you need easily and nearby.
or maybe it's because i played subnautica before and know it's ropes...


tl;dr:
don't bother with this one it's not worth it. (for no money if you played subnautica)

cool game.
but hunger and item durability is bad game design, it adds nothing to the game nor does it make it any more difficult.
it's just an "always active quest" you have to fulfill to get acceptable health and stamina points.
how about no health regen, but food gives health and better food more health?
And some food can give you EXTRA stamina/health.

cool game i recommend it but i also do not recommend it.

Now with the new Update (Keyboard & Mouse Icons) it's playable and quite enjoyable
Port is still ♥♥♥♥ though...

It's ok

quite a fun little game.
final boss sucked because it broke the turn-based gameplay

at the current state it's not playable enjoyable.
controls are clunky and it's full of bugs. (can't finish quest where i have to give an npc money, cant raze storage building), control mapping is ok but not yet customizable.
but might become good, the waiting game begins
