After waiting for eons for updates that were much needed for the program, I can now post a legit review.

The program itself is BEAUTIFUL. The design of the program is perfect and has easy drag-n-drop features that help EVERY user make the perfect Visual Novel.

While there are still updates (some of which, I, myself, am very excited to see!) I highly recommend users getting this program. I used a program called Novelty for well over five years, and I admit, it has never been as easy and as smooth as TyranoBuilder has made it out to be. Even compared to Ren'Py, which has high customability (a feature I really love about that program), I would prefer TyranoBuilder over Ren'Py. What's more is that, unlike Novelty, TyranoBuilder is continuously gaining constant updates and suggestions for the program, and every day, it becomes just that much more easier and better to use.

If you are NOT a programmer, that is perfectly fine. You can make a legit visual novel of your own, and you don't even NEED to go through training just to be able to use this program. I have been able to make a visual novel on my own, and I didn't even have to take a look at any tutorials to create one either.

Above all, TyranoBuilder is user-friendly, which, in my opinion, is a great quality to have for a program. I have almost completely converted from using Novelty to using TyranoBuilder, however, with the upcoming updates, it won't be long before TyranoBuilder takes over my life and becomes my #1 program tool to use for creating visual novels.

My vote is a yes and no, kinda neutral about it...so I guess I'll point out some things.

This game can be a highly strategic game or a fast-plotted paced game. I've played it several times, and I must say, once I start, I can't stop. I get so caught up in all of the building and placing (in otherwords, things that appeal to my inner girlie) and completely forget about "leveling up" other things. So if you're like me and you're in it for only the designing part of the game....this isn't for you, though I hear there's an Age of Empired III that focuses a little more on the designing aspect of the game.

It's a good game, and what I liked most was that you're able to play it with many people at once, which is pretty neat. Not to mention you can choose the different ethnics of a people, which I happen to think is even neater.

What's sad, however, is that my hubby already owned the game but because it was purchased through Microsoft YEARS ago, it held no validity on Steam - in the end, we just purchased it again for the sake of having it. And now, my hubby and I play it to pass some time. And once you're in, you're sucked into the world of conquering. X3
