This DLC is absolute kino.
While some negative reviews do contain some valid points, it is very important to keep in mind that his DLC is supposed to be late game content to be beaten after finishing the main game.
Yes, damage scaling is a little busted and I do agree that enemies deal a ridiculous amount of damage.
But, in saying that, this DLC revitalized something, that I miss playing Elden Ring for the first time.

An absolute spectacle of a game that never ceases to amaze me.

everything from the artstyle, the music, the animations-
It all flows perfectly together and forms this wonderful game. everything is so expressive, giving off this very distinct 90's - very early 2000's Cartoon vibe, always introducing more and more whacky gameplay scenarios with every level

it's a fantastic game is what i'm trying to say. buy it.

I've unfortunately not been old enough to have played the Original when it came out and I did not have the means to aquire it in any other way. Considering that this has been my first view on Resident Evil 3 by playing it myself-
I kinda want to play the Original and compare the two.

REmake 3 is still a pretty good game and a nice modern Resident Evil title, so I'd still recommend getting it (at a discount) and enjoy what's given to us.

Jill feels immensely different to me though, I don't remember her like this.

I was initialy put off of this game because a friend of mine wouldn't stop talking about this game and kept pushing me to play it, emphasizing the pushing part.

After a few years, another friend asked me if I wanted to give it a shot, as they've enjoyed the game and would like to play it with me and their gf. I reluctantly agreed and wasn't really excited, but when we played together, I really enjoyed my time with it.

Presenation and aproach is key to playing a game with your friends. I still have to learn that too, but I'm getting there, hopefully.
I adore this game now. I wouldn't have a few years back.

i literally play this solely for the COD "inspired" zombie mode maps

As a standalone title:
Screw it. Don't even bother with it.

As a modded game:
Probably one of my favorite VR games*. Needs a ton of mods to properly work tho.

*if it decides to work and if by some magic miracle you accidentaly pressed play in a wrong way, the game crashes, leaves itself in an unplayable state and you have to wad through all of your mods, just to see if anything went awry in the loadorder or if any specific mod doesn't want to work that day.

First of all:
Go into this game as blind as you possibly can for a phenomenal experience.

Absolute phenomenal entry to FromSofts modern library of games.
There's too many things to mention in a single Steam review, so I'll say that this is a wonderful beginner friendly FromSoft game if you are looking to enter the SoulsBorne franchise, but if you are already familiar with the games, then be prepared, since this game holds many surprises for you in it.
