I've only played a little, but here's what happens upon entry into CS:GO

1>load up CS and immeaditley try to go up against bots
2>set bots on hard because you have played COD before
3> barely win 16-14 and think "if i can beat hard bots, then competitive match making will be ez pz lemon sqez"
4> buy your weapon on DUST 2 and walk towards "B" on ct side
5>get awp wall-bang, headshot, collateralled through the door
6>proceed to continue #5 until silver 1
7>get 1 kill whilst in silver 1 (it was really your friend)
8>rank up to silver 2
now this is when it all starts to happen,
9>decide to take a break form the hard silver 2 days and go into your inventory
10>notice that your skins are equivalent to 0.05
11> say to yourself "what the hell, ill open a case"
12>unbox Karambit FN ST Fade 100% fade
13>become an immediate global elite due to skins=wins and skins=skill
14>join a pro team
15>get kicked out of the pro scene forever due to accusations of hacking
16>crrrrrrrrrrrrry
17>repeat #16
18>wait a few months/year
19>make a new account
20>start back at #1
