Hard to say for sure, but I think I need more time in the game to really give a good opinion on this game.

Pros: Amazing music, engaging story, memorable characters, awesome combat.
Cons: Awkward/clunky keybinds for mouse & keyboard. WIsh it had more keybind customization options. (i.e Cannot keybind left/right mouse to something different, like Dark Blast.) Jumping is finnicky and delayed in-game, which you'll come to quickly notice in a particular town only a few hours in.

Hope to see some accessibility fixes for non-controller users on a pc port.

This game getting released on April Fools pretty much sums up how I feel about this game in its current state.

Awesome game, but I noticed a couple of things right from the start:
1) Pressing A (confirm) on controller actually double taps confirm, skipping dialogue you might have wanted to read! :O
2) No option to remove vibration
3) Saving game manually has a chance to crash your game!

Early Access Review
The reality is that you're looking at $30 for an unfinished (early access) clicker game that promises to wipe all progress you've made the first few weeks because it's only in "beta" phase. Many features are still locked. I can only imagine the reason they think $30 for something like this is okay is because of their successful f2p title Clicker Heroes.

Early Access Review
So 0.7 hours into my game from my first start-up I started to realize the fans on my laptop trying real hard for this game, which boggled my feeble brain. I can run Witcher 3 and FFIV on max settings and the temperature of my laptop will only rise to 50 degrees, but this 15 minute download game on loweset settings made my laptop heat up to 67 degrees and rising. My laptop is no pushover either.

Tl;dr Poor optimization? The crafting seems fun though, but I'm a little too scared to continue playing due to the heat of summer and how hot this game makes my laptop.

Early Access Review
I suck at reviews but yolo
Friendly reminder for any and all Early Access Games: Before you purchase, observe the time it takes for them to dish out updates with some sort of new content. 100% completion is fairly easy due to the game... not being completed. If you dislike arcade mode, dislike speedrunning games for fun, and/or already have 100% completion, then this game will simply collect dust in your library until a new update comes out in which will probably equate to only an hour or so of fresh new content. Cheats are available if you desire due to the game still being "tested". The grinding aspect is there, but since it's an incomplete game, it truly doesn't take very long compared to if you've played a game like.. uh, Runescape and are experienced in the art of RNG drops.
Take from this what you will and decide for yourself.
