Go! Go! Nippon! ~My First Trip to Japan~ is the first Visual Novel I tried here on Steam and I really liked it because not only it tells you a good story but it also allows you to learn interesting facts about Japan and its culture.

You will play as a boy making his first trip to Japan (Yeah, really !) and you will meet Makoto and Akira, two cute sisters who will be your guides during the full week. You will visit multiple places across the country (Though most of them are close to Tokyo) thanks to the really nice drawings and as the adventure evolves, you will eventually fall in love with one of them.

I would recommend this game if you want a brief glimpse of how amazing Japan is, stuck between tradition and modernity and if you like simple love stories. But you should go away if all you want is to do research because you will have nothing to see here.

My next step will be to come back later for the 2015 version. Also, I'm sorry Akira lovers but... Makoto <3 !
