Every DLC addicts favourite medieval soap-opera that soon reveals you are not as good of a person as you thought, wheter it be seducing your own sister, marrying your horse or de-throning a 3 year old girl you just made the Queen of Lombardy in a long war knowing she'd just lose the Iron Crown anyway... and you need it to create Holy Roman Empire.
