Every mini game sucks and is unfair, it's full of people that need to cheat at a game a toddler could play.

10/10 one of the most fun games I've been playing in recent memory.

It's like BonziBuddy if BonziBuddy had anime tiddy. 10/10 also dirt cheap.

Constant updates and bug fixes, and because it's workshop compatible there are endless possibilities. Genuinely look forward to any features that are planned to be added in.

Playing this game now on PC and Steam compared to when it first released on consoles is night and day.

There's so much to do, to the point of being overwhelming sometimes unless you're very good at staying on task and sticking to a self set goal. Visually the game is very pretty and nice to look at while combat is smooth, fluid, and rewarding. As with other games like this it's 100x more fun to play with friends as opposed to playing alone, so find some friends or pay some unsuspecting stranger to play with you.

Basically I'm just writing this review to fulfil the Steam awards badge for this year uwu

When I went into this I wasn't expecting as rich and deep of a story as this VN ended up having. The lewd scenes definitely feel second to the story (they're animated kind of stiffly but they're not horrible). It definitely deals with heavier, emotional themes and the writing and dialogue between characters is actually very well done. It's definitely different than any other VN I've ever read and man are there some rollercoaster moments and twists that come out of left field. Would highly recommend.

Pros:
-Extremely well written
-Characters have their own unique personalities
-Character models/artwork is very nice and pleasant to look at
-Lots of choices, more than most VNs
-Many routes and choices offer good replayability
-Lots of meaningful emotions and themes are conveyed throughout the story
-Humor is very well implemented

Cons:
-Lewd scenes are animated somewhat stiffly
-Soundtrack while pleasant becomes repetitive after awhile
-Game feels like it pushes Megan onto you no matter your choices up until the last few chapters. This was frustrating during my first blind playthrough because I wanted nothing to do with her.

Final/extra thought:
Melissa is best girl.

I waited patiently for 4 years when this game was first announced and the Kickstarter began. It was more than worth the wait. Beautiful soundtrack, level design, and visuals all come together with amazing gameplay and combat. Definitely a must buy for any fans of metroidvania style games. The replayability is insane with so much to find and near endless ways to play and build your character.

I had originally gone into this game based solely on the promotional visuals of it when it came out, because they struck me as unique and eyecatching. Now that I've finished the game, holy smokes.

The art style, the incredible soundtrack, the level and puzzle design, the fluidity of the platforming and mechanics. It's a shame this game came out so late in the year because I feel like it's going to fly under a lot of people's radars. Which is a shame, because I'm personally blown away by it.

It's definitely a more casual game, and very relaxing most of the time. None of the puzzles are overly difficult and even the more challenging ones later in the game are pretty common sense after some trial and error. This is not a negative point to the game, though. It works well with the overall aspect and feel to the game.

Should you play GRIS and experience it? Probably. I would urge you to. Will as many people play GRIS and experience it as they should? Probably not, and it's a damn shame.

It's got a bit of a steep learning curve if you're brand new to the series, and it's loads more fun with friends. It can be kind of grindy at times, but man, I haven't enjoyed a game to this degree in a long time. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 would get destroyed endlessly by tempered Kirin.

I purchased this completely on a whim not knowing what to expect and because the art style caught my eye. I ended up getting emotionally invested in the two main characters and honestly it's probably one of the more well written VNs I've read. It's interesting and smart without dragging on and being boring. The art is beautiful and the closest thing I can compare it to would be Steins;Gate except more polished and high res. The music is really well done but I found a few of the tracks a bit overused in too many areas, but there are worse problems to have.

All in all, a really incredible VN and an example of tasteful yuri done right. Well worth the price.

*EDIT* I enjoyed the VN so much, I've nominated it for a 2017 Steam Award.

I wasn't expecting much when I first bought it, but that quickly changed. The RPG meets dungeon crawler meets visual novel formula works surprisingly well in this instance. The art work is great, the characters are unique and all have their own distinct personalities, the humor is very well done, and for such an ecchi/fan service driven game the soundtrack is phenomenal (completely worth the download).

As with any game like this, the 18+ patch completely sweetens the deal. Come for the ecchi, stay for the surpsingly addictive gameplay...and the ecchi.
