Yes, hackers are a problem, there's no votekick (and probably never will) and dice seems to not care at all. To be fair it is not THAT common anymore, most of the bastards have moved on to BFV.
A barrage of mortars at hardcore Nivelle Nights will give you PTSD. 10/10 would recommend.
