It's your basic match 3 puzzle game like Bejeweled or Candy Crush but with a fun Marvel spin on it. Addicting and very fun for anyone that loves the occasional Marvel movie and colorful puzzle games. I've played this off and on for a long time now and it's still a favorite game to relax and unwind with. The upgrades for the characters give you meaningful progression to work on and theres challenges and new unlocks to always be striving towards. It even has some PvP for those who want to test their skills at puzzle solving against other players.

All other Ghostbusters games have been real bad, having said that this Ghostbusters game is actually good. Anyone who liked the Ghostbusters movies and wanted to fight ghosts with those badass proton packs will have a blast playing this game. It has the original movies cast voice acting it and was written by Harold Ramis and Dan Akroyd which basically means this is as close to a new ghostbusters movie that we'll get. It's funny and the action is great you really are fighting ghosts trying to keep them from flying out of your beams grab and trying to manuver them and hold them over the trap so that they are captured. This mostly feels like I'm constantly large bass fishing and it makes for a fun and intense fight where you have control then suddenly the ghost tries to make a break for it and you just barely hang on. Very fun ghost fights and very satisfying when you trap those big ghosts. Did I mention that theres a full on Street battle facing down Stay Puff marshmallow Man? Well there is. To those who may not be the biggest Ghostbusters fan but would appreciate a good fun game I think you'd be pleasantly surprised, to anyone who is a Ghostbusters fan.....well I'm sure youve already bought this.....if not DO IT! One last thing, don't forget guys, never cross the streams.

Dust is a great game. The whole cutsy animated look isn't really something I'm used to so there's moments where I'm thinking "Wow that's really overly cutsy borderline furry" lol like the Figet character whos your sidekick in combat throughout the game, but the game has a very deep and rich story with a tremendous amount of voice over content. There's a lot of talks with characters in the game and the way Dust doesn't remember anything makes for a very rich and engaging story where you are constantly discovering in pieces what hes about and what your purpose in the games story is. It's the kind of deep story that most games lack now days.

The learn as you start playing way they teach the mechanics of the game is also very well done. All of the little tutorial tips as I learned new moves actually displayed the name of the button that I had remapped certain actions to instead of a preset default key mapping. I was glad to see that the game knew I'd changed primary and secondary fire and correctly displayed it when guiding me through, most games fall short with this but not Dust. This game really has a very polished and good feel to it.

The combat is great hack and slash fun and the secondary fire with the ability to add in extra damage from Figets ability gives it some fun choices that work better for certain enemies. Overall this is a definite must buy for anyone who likes a good hack and slash game. Cutsy animation that some may hesitate at but if you want a taste of that hack and slash fun and the deep story I mentioned just watch the video trailer on the Steam Store page here and it's clear that this game is standing above most other games in its class.
