I don’t really know where to start. It still feels so unreal that you’re gone. Every day, I keep hoping I’ll wake up and find out it was just a bad dream, and that you’ll be here like you always were, laughing, sharing stories, and filling every moment with your unique light.

You meant so much to me and to everyone around you. Your kindness, your humor, your loyalty. You were truly one of a kind, and I am so lucky to have known you. I wish I had told you more often how much our time together meant, how much joy you brought into my life, and how much of a difference you made just by being yourself.

There’s so much I still want to tell you and share with you. Part of me is trying to find comfort in the memories we made together, even though each one feels like a bittersweet reminder of all the moments we’ll never get to have. I hope that wherever you are now, you’re at peace. I hope you feel all the love that’s surrounding you, even from here.

You are missed, in ways that words will never be able to capture. Every game is less fun without you there to share the experience. I see you in the little things we used to laugh about, and in moments when I realize I can’t just call or text you anymore. It’s like pieces of you are everywhere, but there’s a part of me that feels empty, too, because I know I won’t get those pieces of you back.

Thank you for everything, for every memory, every laugh, every word of support. You changed my life just by being in it, and I’ll carry that with me always. I’ll miss you every single day, but I promise to keep your spirit alive in everything I do.
