TF2 has been a game that has followed me through a fair bit of my life. While some games I enjoyed for a while I would usually move on from them after a while. TF2 has been one of the few games that I would always have as a backup game and would hop on and play every now and then. In my eyes it's a timeless classic that every time you get on you usually experience new things, from an Irish drunk hitting you with a pan at mach speed to a Texan man building advanced machinery in a basement to even that big Russian man giving out sandwiches to every passerby.

As a game it provides multiple gamemodes, a colorful cast of mercenaries with enjoyable voicelines that give them even more character, a large number of weapons that each are unique and an insane amount of customizations. All that and much more all for free (ignoring the cost of unusuals). The game is must for every steam user to at least experience once.
