Finding this game after Caves of Qud made a very strange, yet very right sort of sense to me.
I love what the Dev is cooking, and let no man, woman, or other say otherwise.

Your first waking memory will be of gasping for breath in a swamp that stinks of death and gunpowder. You will stumble through farms, wade through the waters, and creep through choking underbrush for hours as you figure which of the walking dead to kill, and which to avoid. You're going to die, probably many times in fact, when you first meet another living soul. Your life will bleed out into the mud as they check over your guns, then leave you to fade into black.
Then you're going to wake up, and do it all again... and You're going to love every second of it.

Review:
A fantastic PvPvE shooter with deliberately clunky yet charming gun play, and a soundscape from your dreams (or nightmares.) It has a bit of a frustrating learning curve when you first start out, but if you stick with it it will start to make sense. It has a unique take on the battle royal concept with up to 12 hunters in teams of two (or teams of three in trios!) competing to take a limited number of AI boss monster's bounties. If you want a slower paced buildup, leading into adrenaline fueled gunfights that last from anywhere between a minute or upwards of fifteen, then Hunt: Showdown is a game for you. Remember, the guns are supposed to be clunky!

A Frantic, Fun adventure into the Depths of your Creative mind. Also, do not expect your first home-made ships to do well. It gets better!

The community is toxic beyond belief. When "Noobs get out" is taken as a valid reason to execute someone in game, there's a serious problem.

10/10 would Birdman again.

Once upon a time, There was a colony. It had struggled it's way from the three bewildered crash survivors into a flourishing Jungle town, with Seven memebrs, and a group of trained attack monkeys. Then everything changed when the Fire nation attacked. They burned our homes, killed our people, and ate our monkeys. 10/10 would Train Attack monkeys again.

Serious Review: I love this game. I can play for hours on end without getting bored, and that was before the steam release. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing it if you're a fan of colony management style games. The Best part? It's getting nothing but better with every update. Buy now, have a blast, and get more fun later to boot.

Yes. A whole bag of Yes with a sweet topping of Oh yeah. The physics combat is tricky, annoying, causes much rage, but still makes you want to come back to master it. I eagerly look forward to future updates!

But on a more serious and in-depth note, I wholeheartedly encourage buying this game, even at this early point in it's development. The first time i started it up, I didn't even notice as I spent the entire night playing, I was so enthralled. The entire idea behind the game is great to start with, and the execution is awesome as well.

At this time I score this game 8/10.

It is a game i'll actually keep coming back to for a long time. Well worth its weight in moneys.
