Okay, I finally got around to typing up this report on that psychopath merc from the Willow Unit, Willow 3, also known to most as Rio. Rio has been a calm and laid back individual during most interactions that I witnessed and observed. He has his moments of chaotic outbursts and "out of pocket" remarks/jokes that tend to leave me confused as to what is going on in his mind.

During his free time he is seen spending time with people that are close to him. His hobbies include writing songs, playing on his guitar, producing music, and singing. He also seems to enjoy streaming over on his Twitch [www.twitch.tv] as well as talking to people outside of his group.

What concerns me the most, and was the reason why I bumped up the priority of writing this report, is his attitude during deployments. Albeit he isn't part of a formal Military Organization and therefore isn't confined to the Geneva Conventions, he seems to not have any remorse or care when committing war crimes . I have watched recorded video evidence regarding his deployments in Arma 3, Project Zomboid, Escape From Tarkov, Ready or Not, and various other games. It is noted that in each of these deployments he has committed several war crimes , whether accidental or on purpose is to be determined. He seems to not hesitate at all when it comes to firing his weapon no matter who or what is on the other side of the barrel.

Anyways, this is all I have to report for now, further updates shall be added to this Terminal Entry once I collect more information. I will end this entry with the current song he has on repeat.
