I played the original when it came out over and over again through the years. I have always been disappointed by how hard it is to play in modern times.

I'm glad to say that this remake matches the original in so many aspects. It feels like it's own thing while being faithful to the original.

I particularly love the fog and how it flows around every as James moves. I also really appreciate the movement of the enemies, they feel fluid and horrifying.
