Good, pretty straight forward... kill bugs and robots. Best served with a group of friends.

Buggy mess, never optimized fully, Chinese owned now... Don't bother creating a public server unless you wanted it flooded with hackers and to get DDoS'ed everyday.

Got some kinks to fix, get hung up on terrain with clipping on rare occasions. Overall, this game is pretty good though. I enjoy it, the speed of game play has good variation. There are moments where speed is key but others where being patient and waiting to ambush enemies are in your advantage (I don't mean camping in one place the entire match). Weapon damage is fairly realistic. I do wish they would fix the pixel width of some of the sights on weapons as they take up more screen real estate than necessary, especially annoying on long shots. IE. the M1 Garand front post sight will block an entire person at a given distance, not by height but width. Game is great when it comes to co-op tactical play, although I wish a system could be implemented for voting people out leader positions, but without actually kicking them from the server. I will say it sucks when you get a lame-duck squad leader or commander that just plays the match for their own sake and not in effort to help the team.

Until DICE, EA and the rest of their dev team optimize this fancy turd wrapped in gift wrap, it's not worth playing. I have a 3070 and an i7 and can't get more than 50-60 fps in game play. How did this come off as acceptable to EA to release this? Worse yet, I'm more than 2 hours in and now can no longer get a refund...

I paid for this before it was Free to Play... Now they want $80 more for both new expansions.. Yup. Think I'm done with Destiny.

The objective is fairly straight forward, build... build some more... keep building. It's almost a cathartic pleasure playing this game. Started playing it with a friend and before I knew it we were 4 hours into the game. The milestones to building provide enough objective to keep it interesting. Research helps with crafting and other production and provides some good incentive to running around and collecting various environmental objects and fauna. The creatures (so far) haven't been too much of a threat but do add some challenge with reward. This game is great for playing solo or co-op. It's not to say the game is perfect, but they're definitely on the right track with this current version. I'm super happy I bought this game and I look forward to future content!

This game has a LOT of potential if you have the time. Meaning you're okay with coming back and playing at set times. The level progression is simple enough and I can see the talent trees for building and crafting making each play through unique. The in-game world is really well done. The only cons I saw during my short play was some stability issues with rubber banding occasionally and hit detection. If the devs are going to focus this game on PvP--they absolutely need to fix these two issues.

The biggest con for me, personally--Time. This game requires you to put time in like other MMO games, I'm okay with this on my schedule. However, the PvP end game for combat between factions is set by the server you play on. This makes it so that if you're an individual with a full time job or a full time parent (in my case both), then you potentially will be stuck not being able to catch up with your faction group and being ready for endgame PvP. Bummer. This is not a self paced game, it is not one you pickup when you have an hour here or there and put back down when you need to go do something important "IRL". It will require a large investment in time that may or may not follow your schedule. So be warned... I'd say kids are safe on this one, but older gamers, I'd vere away otherwise you'll be stuck a low-level for eternity.

So I've got about 7 hours into this game at this point. I have to say I am really impressed for an alpha. After buying the alpha of DayZ, which is a total dissapointment, this is WAY better for the money and for the gameplay. The game is really smooth, I've had no software issues with it so far. I haven't really had a lot of PvP combat yet, so there's not much I can say on the hit registration and accuracy but for $20, this game has been totally worth it.

Now for the only thing I don't like... the base building. I feel like this was going in such a great direction and now it's moving towards Rust. Where everyone is going to be more concerned about base building than anything else. The builder itself is REALLY clunky and isn't super intuitive at all. I'm not really impressed with this portion of the game. I really feel like the developers need to simplify the build menu or get rid of it altogether. I was really hoping to avoid another game with "Rust" like qualities, but I'm really concerned this game is going to head that way.

I'll continue playing--cause for right now this game is still pretty good and I'm enjoying it, just won't be building a base.

CS:GO Review
The absolute worst version of Counter Strike that could ever humanly be made. I don't understand why pointing and single shot or burst firing at someone is less accurate than just spraying like a complete noob. The accuracy of every weapon is horrible. I have no problems with accuracy in any other FPS except this game. I wish I hadn't wasted $15 on it.

Update: Nope. Still absolutely terrible.

Update: Still sucks, but meh.

Not impressed so far. The interface is poor. There doesn't seem to be a way to select a server to play through. It's player hosted so I can't control if someone has a poor connection other than to find a new game which is more than annoying. The aim function is buggy and tends to not detect the mouse after a while (and yes, it's just this game). Not really impressed with all the real dollar stuff you have to buy to even get a decent kit together. Also, if a player unlocks a weapon, it should stay unlocked. This tutorial play and unlocking for 1 day BS is garbage. They only thing this game has that's floating it is a the Crytek symbol. How much did they chip over for that sponsorship?
