EDIT: Holy cow, they fixed some bugs but I can't play with my friends without the lobby disbanding EVERY match. Also I have to toggle show player names a few times EVERY night because it will switch off by itself. Also the servers keep dropping the whole squad multiple times, EVERY night. It's been a few weeks come on really.


As a free update, pretty amazing. The update is mildly janky, the new menu is.. interesting at best, unfortunate at worst. I'm sure they'll continue to patch and work on it. As for a 5 year old live service game they did a good job revamping it, directly comparing it to Overwatch or Warzone I think this has been pretty favorable overall. Performance issues are definitely a thing but it's a new engine and a new game, par for the course in AAA development it seems.

Good graphics, cool physics, better servers. Can't wait to have my old maps back.
