i liked it alot the first time. hardest difficulty.
the second time it was also fun, the quests were meh but having more skills and knowing more stuff about ship combat made stuff go by faster.
the third time it was fun, finalizing a playstyle that absolutely destroys, figuring out what ship parts to buy and lvling their respective trees to make the best ships to solo the crimson fleet. althogh the quest stuff was becoming tiresome then.
the fourth time its just repeat the same stuff buildwise, explore skills and maybe some base building but the quest stuff is a boredom, exploring the world and finding the last quests might be fun but im not gonna do that without a ingame waypoint, you can use website but im too lazy.

i had a somewhat easy time, i never died repeatedly but sometimes you gotta ♥♥♥♥ around to find stuff out.
went for a semi-auto kinetic ironsight build, eventually i got some different heal stuff, max hp, heal effectiveness etc. i ended out getting all the ship stuff to make the best ship which i spend lots of time making perfect. getting the best particle guns etc.

while i enjoyed the combat i was confused about what the stats of my minions were, and i couldnt even invest all my skill points into increasing the damage of all my minions, instead you are forced to invest some into a skill which you use which defeats the purpose of even trying to have a pure minion build.

the combat is nice but it takes too long to do stuff, you are forced to go back and forth between dungeons and events which means a third of your time is spent going back and forth, doing inventory management etc etc.

modder are apparently utilizing old code in the game to cause the FFFFFFFF chrash for other players. sometimes it takes me 4 times to load the game up and to be able to play, then ill be able to play for an hour and then ill be chashed by some nonce.
