With any games from Paradox, the modding community has made HOI4 even more enjoyable and brings new potential like mods that overhaul the game, from Road to 56, Old World Blues (Fallout Conversion) and Millennium Dawn (Modern Day brought to HOI without the 1950s end game lag). Paradox has had a few hit or miss DLCs but have made the game more interesting when Historical AI is turned off

Been playing RimWorld since 2018 roughly. The modding community has made a huge impact on the game since to the point where once you play with Quality of Life Mods e.g. Combat Extended, Vanilla Expanded etc. you can't go back after playing 50+ hours with them. Fun game also can make 'Organ' Farms

For when you want to commit 'War Crimes' on a Galactic Scale (best with mods but Base game with all DLCs is also good)
