材料:
柚肉果醋 30cc、蜂蜜 9g、水 240cc、水梨/香瓜 各 60g、紅龍果 20g
作法:
1.將柚肉果醋、蜂蜜及水拌勻,放入冷藏備用
2.將水果切成小丁,先將水梨及香瓜丁放入杯中
3.倒入蜂蜜柚醋飲
4.再放入紅龍果丁,輕輕搖晃一下讓顏色滲出即可
Tips:
1.柚醋、蜂蜜及水的比例約1:0.3:8,因柚醋有甜,蜂蜜僅增添風味,不用太多,濃淡依個人喜好調整
2.紅龍果丁不要一開始放入,也不要放太多,會讓整杯紅色太重,最後放一點讓顏色滲出一些會更好看
3.建議果醋飲的水果要用淺色+亮色來搭配比較好看,
水梨與香瓜可換成蘋果、香蕉、白色火龍果等,紅龍果可換成芒果、鳳梨、櫻桃等
