2 ½ cups of Cherry Tomatoes
4 Garden Tomatoes
½ White Onion
1 Cup of Spring Onion
1 Cup of Coriander
3 Kenyan Chilli Peppers
4 Chilli Peppers
5 Cloves of Garlic
1 TSP Ground Cumin
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt to Taste
1. Prepare all your ingredients.
2. Add all your ingredients to a food processor and blitz until you have a nice chunky salsa
3. Serve immediately with your choice of dish.
Can be kept in the refrigerator but must be eaten within three days
