This is the most underrated AC game by far. It does not reach the highest highs of Unity, but more importantly it doesnt reach the same lows. This game has a stealth system that actually works, compelling side quests with historical characters, and it runs and plays pretty well while still looking great. Something sadly Unity lacks.

The missions are structured 50/50 with the 2 assassin twins, and this was fine for most of the game, until the endgame, where they force you into playing Jacob most of the time. Evie is focused on the plot and should be the leader, but somehow they made the other protagonist who couldnt care less about anything the leading role. Jacob even ruins a lot of stuff in the story that his sister Evie has to clean up, what an awful character. We do get to see a 20 year old jump in the one of the DLCs where Jacob seems way more compelling, but he only has a few lines, a lot of wasted potential sadly. Evie on the other hand is lovely.

All in all, Its not as deep or as focused on the Creed as Unity, but its playable and has fun & fleshed out systems that make the game addicting to play. With 2 great DLCs aswell this is a great experience. A few adjustements to the grappling hook and a more difficult combat would be great, but its very fun nonetheless, would recommend on a sale.

(If you have an ultrawidescreen with high resolution you need to go through a lot of sht to get it working correctly, so I can tell you what helped me,- Every time I launched the game, change from borderless to windowed, then back to borderless, I then had to run the SyndicateUW software and activate it for all cutscenes to render in Ultrawide. Would recommend researching for some edits in the .ini files to make it run better)

Seems like an anomaly for Ubisoft to make something interesting these days, but they've actually managed to create something great here. I didnt care for the story, the start is slow and boring, but after awhile the story actually does get better and better. Ending with one of the best endings in the series. They also kept the momentum going with 2 high quality DLCs, which were by far my favorite parts of the game.
The worst part of the game is the level system, if you go 30 seconds into a region that has enemies higher level than you, you get 1 shot by literally all enemies. The system sucks and it locks you out of exploring. Even the story missions has a recommended level, which forces you into doing garbage for hours. The sidequests were boring for the most part so I just skipped a lot of them, but the DLC ones were surprisingly good.
All in all worth playing just for the ending & the DLCs, without a doubt the best one since Black Flag

One of the best DLCs ever for one of the best games ever made. Everything is perfect except for a few (big) flaws.
A few notes:

Even though "Saint of the Bud" was one of the easier fights in the DLC, I still had way more fun than playing against bosses like Commander Gaius, who just feels like a punishment after going through one of the coolest dungeons they've ever made. After going through such a great dungeon with so many nods to DS3 "Grand archives" you would expect a better quality boss than what we got.

The open world is beautiful, some of the best you will experience within the genre, BUT its super empty comared to the basegame, especially a few areas. I really couldnt care less about [x number upgrading stone] and some plants after exploring for 30 minutes, I feel like they shouldve gone harder on the fragments you collect, and even more crosses maybe? Seems so useless just to fill a lot of the open world with trash.

The areas and bosses were all great. I preferred a lot of them to basegame areas n bosses. The Radahn bossfight everyone is crying about I really liked. Especially his first phase. The second phase can, and will get pretty messy if you miss a dodge, which can be almost outright impossible if you dont play souls a lot.

This one is not for the casuals, but for the people who want to see "the shadow realm" of Elden Ring, with arguably better bosses and areas. No matter what I dont think you will be disappointed! 9.3/10 - Still not better than Blood & Wine

Overrated garbage. Might be fun for a couple hours if its your first Far cry or if you play casually.

Why I don't recommend

You are forced to do sidequests to progress the story. 90% of them are dogsht and not programmed good at all with you having to follow npcs who doesnt stop talking about nonsense. One of these sidquests was why I quit.

I was told to "leave the area" after defending some bombs for 4 minutes, when I left the area it blew up and the guy on the radio was talking like I had succeeded with the mission, so I kept on driving, because why could I not drive and talk like every other game? Then I got a brief text "Leaving mission area" while not even driving far away, so I tried to turn around. But somehow it was too late and I got spawned at the BEGINNING of the quest. Earlier games from Ubisoft like Assassin's creed from 2007 has better programming than this.

To add on, if you buy the gold edition you get tons of broken alien type weapons that destroy everything with 1 click after the 1st mission, what is this game?

How do people enjoy this garbage?
