Hey!
I saw your question on the House Flipper Q&A Thread and wanted to help!
You can already change and sell your default office.
All you have to do is purchase a property, and enter it, then when you hit 'Esc', you will see the option to "Move Office Here". Once you click on that, the current property becomes your office, and your default office becomes available to sell.
