Personally didn't really enjoy this game as much as i hoped. Graphically its okay, the game itself plays well but story and goals seems to be at a miss and I don't find any reason to want to come back to this, more of the same old, crash, gather, stop things jumping you, build a base and eventually get to the point where you don't need to do anything else but defend or explore and hope to find something interesting.
Again not to say the game is bad but just not for me. <3

Be me, start a new colony.
Lost Tribe, pulling ourselves up by the bootstraps with limited know how.
Few days pass and things are going well.
The day starts as normal, farming, cooking, hunting.
But one person wanted meat, sick of spuds and rice and berries.
We hunt and find a humble muffalo.
Arrows are fired.
It flees at first, another, it misses
and another it its its hoof.
It enrages along with the whole herd.
We mount a retreating defence back at camp.
Whole camp gets trampled and beaten by a stampede of rampaging beasts.
Colony in ruins and people die.
10/10 will play again.

Love this story so much, the scenes, character development and overall story is amazing with music that perfectly sets the tone for the events of the story as they unfold. <3

Really good game, enjoying this so much. Really glad that me and my friends can drop in / drop out of each others games, help each other out and enjoy all the content and discoveries the game has to offer. Really recommend this <3

Love this game, seen it streamed and just had to have it myself. Really fun, entertaining, so much choices and options to progress your character / heros. Really recommend it. <3

An beautiful and really fun table top game that I always enjoy occasionally coming back too. Its a shame but understandable given its age now. That the player base, especially for online play is very limited now but the AI games are fair and do keep things interesting.
The one down side i would say would be with the match making experience, where I feel the game would of done well with an say "Game List" so players could find multiplayer games faster and easier.
That said an unique and often overlooked quality of this game I do love is the story books within the players inventory where you can read into the lore of the game and clans. Which ultimately gives the game that much more depth compared to most other games generally, even now.
Armello is always going to hold a dear place in my heart and will always be a game I will play again either solo or with friends. - If anyone or the community as an whole has an discord, especially for multiplayer games. Please do hit me up.

For the King has been a game I have come back too time and time again for a number of years. I have seen it develop into such an amazing game with a huge fan and player following and additional stories, classes and more get added, all around not spoiling or adversely affecting the base game or its other various stories. It is supported by an amazing community of people in the discord that have fun, help each other, create groups and all have the support of the Ironoak Team in the cord for when things occasionally bump.

At the time of writing this I'm just over 400 hours or more of playing, I've unlocked everything in the Lore Store and slowly getting the final few achievements. But regardless of all of that, its the people and the game itself that keeps me coming back for more. Trying different teams, different approaches to combat, dungeoning and questing.

I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys Turn Based game play, and an adventure they can loose themselves in either solo or with friends.

First and Foremost. DON'T Treat Playne as a game like most would any other. The game and free roam comes after (A point I am yet to come too).

Playne is both a tool and a game but most importantly a guide to help you build good habit and benefit mental well-being. The discord community for Playne is kind and welcoming, and for me Playne has really started to help bring me some much needed calm, clarity and guidance to help maintain that.

I look forward to carrying on, uncovering for myself the story of Playne that is unlocked as you progress and build on your own positive habit building.

Like with anything similar, be patient, don't rush yourself or it, just take your time like water flowing down a river.

It's alright.

I just love the game, the community as always is what makes games like these and its 'interesting' to say the least, you have your nice players, the luters and the guards, the trolls, draggers and feint spammers, and you have the good ol 'all chat' to keep the game alive when things seem a bit stale. All in all love it :D
