a really fun card/deck building game. lots of different builds to enjoy

FTL will push you over, and kick you while you're down.... repeatedly.
and you hate to love it, while it loves to hate you.

salt will flow, rage and fury shall burn all around you, but its so much fun

UPDATE: having now bought a new joystick, with lots of buttons, got to properly enjoy the game and it is fun. so i would now recommend this game IF you have the equipment to get the best out of it

REALLY want to love this game, due to childhood memories of Xwing and Tie fighter!
the little i managed to play was kinda fun... works well in VR (tho was disappointed it doesnt use the index hand helds at all) and looks great, but they reaaaaally need to fix some of the stupid controls, specially the ability to customise things.
As using my 4 button joystick and its giving me controls for joystick buttons 1 through 12.... need to allow a better custom hybrid set up for stick and keyboard.
Got soft locked during a tutorial asking me to press Joystick button 12 to call for resupply, and there is no matching keyboard binding for it, and wouldnt let me escape out of it..... kinda annoying.
Really hope they fix it up some.

fun imaginative survival game, very cool world they have built around a simple story idea

but the spiders..... my god the spiders....
11/10 will scream again
