This game is excellent. It has some great combat mechanics, like gun degradation and gun jamming, a depressive and well written story, a great antagonist and an A.I. that's ahead of the time it was made in (Nothing groundbreaking, but it's still impressive.). It's extremely immersive, and has a beautiful nature and landscapes. Of course, there are some problems with the game. The first one is that the characters talk fast. There are no pauses between sentences, so it sounds like their voice actors are being held at a gunpoint while reading their lines. The second one is about the times when you are listening to a character using a phone. After answering the call, you can't hear him. The third one is the well known Jackal Tapes problem. After picking up the ninth tape, every following tape will repeat the same recording the ninth one had. Other than that, I definitely recommend the game.

It's a very nice medieval strategy game. It has interesting inheritance and law systems, which can change how your kingdom works, and the ability to change religion of other people and yourself. The combat in the game is alright, depending more on investing in the military technology and hiring mercenaries early on in the game, as your levies alone, unless you start a massive recruitment, can't fight off a single county without help of other landlords. A lot of content is restricted, because the company that made this game, called Paradox, makes everything locked behind multiple D.L.C.s that cost a lot. I still recommend this game.

This game is great. It has a great atmosphere, great story and some good mechanics. There are, however, a lot of problems with this game. The first problem would be the amount of bugs and glitches I have encountered while playing the game. They don't happen every second, of course, but some things, for example, unrecoverable flash drives, make the missions they are included in completely obsolete. The second problem is the Faction War mechanic. Sure, it has great potential, but the amount of times I've waited for a single squad to come and capture a location is not normal. The third, and the last problem of this game are the last two story stages. Your mission will be to reach a specific goal, while having to fight endless hordes of the holy Monolith squads, with the best equipment, and the grenade throwing spam and accuracy, I've only seen happen in this game, so you should prepare very good for the last section, and be ready to load a save at least 15 times. These problems, however, don't stop me from saying that the other parts of the game are great, and you should definitely play it.

Like the previous one, I love this game too. Nothing was degraded in this game, except one thing. The last chapter. It is very casual, like really, you are going to let me kill hordes one after another, and then destroy all the scavenging I did during the game by giving me crates full of ammunition? Other than that, like I said previously, it's a great game, I totally recommend it.

This is a great role playing/strategy medieval game. While, of course, it doesn't hold up with graphics (It's a game from 2008.), it definitely is more fun than most of the games today.
