Sorry to hear that. Yes, that seems to be a very popular mod, so I will check with others having similar problems to see if it is in their list. A shame about that. I figure the majority of mods will be in English (could be wrong), so there is a high chance at some point for things to get in your game as such.

The only way I know to do anything would be have the creator translate it or have someone who is able to ask if they can translate the mod for them.

Hey there, just wanted to let you know i found the mod changing my houses name. its the "Crafting Satchels" mod
So apparently there will be a LOT of trouble with different language versions of the game and mods not being localized. And i doubt Bethesda can fix this... ha might aswell play the whole game in english then ;)
