The Universim is a quite fun game. I have played it for hundreds of hours now and have seen it grow and evolve from an Alpha before steam to now. They have massively improved the game from when it first released in 2018, fixing most if not all of the game breaking bugs at this point. There are still some balancing issues but they are not too major of an impact to enjoyment. There are also still some bugs present as of now but they are not nearly as major as they were a couple years back. The game in its current stage goes all the way to Modern Age and it seems like soon (3-4 months) we can expect space age and maybe even 1.0.

I used to have this as a recommended game, but that was when it actually worked, yes there are fixes to make it work but only like 10% of them work and it is completely random which ones work and won't work on your setup. Also by fixing some things it will inevitably break something else thus making you require yet another fix. Example: I fixed fps and got it to a stable 60, but after doing this it broke something in the camera movement and made it a stuttery mess. I mean hey, maybe you will be lucky and the main problem fixes will work for you, who knows. This game was so good and its so sad to see the state it is in today. I guess games really will inevitably die off

This was such a great game i love it the story was very good and the approach was good the ending was just whet i wanted witch was to be good. This is one of the best games i have played and it deserves a recomendation. Everything about it felt good such a great game. good job

This game is so good it is a must have if you like batman. The controls were great the story was great the entire game was fun and really never got boring. Its action packed all the way to the very end and thats why this game is great. The story in my opinion is very good had me wondering what was happening the entire time untill the very end. The story is very long but i probably just sucked at it, but ive played through it 2 times now with 64 hours witch once again probably because i sucked at it, but it is a very lengthy game. This game deserves a try.

This game is not good at all, don't get it, it is not worth the money to put up with this community's crap. This game's community is full of either 5 year old who scream for no reason and are just generally annoying anytime you're near them, or teammates who will back stab you once you get something good, because that is how the community in this game is.The community is also full of strong op groups who camp at the spawn areas and target the people who have nothing for no other reason than "because it is fun". You can't get anywhere in this game unless you stay away from pretty much everyone witch will never happen because the servers are usually full of people, so once a person with a decent setup spots you, you might as well just sit there and let them kill you cause more than likely they have a gun. This game is complete garbage, I really would not recommend this because of the horrible community this game has.

Yes this game is short, I beat in in 7.8 hours. I thought it was really fun, It's like borderlands and mad max mixed together. Alot of shooting up badies like borderlands and alot of car action, shooting up, blowing up, ramming cars like mad max.

When you get to the end you expect some epic giant boss fight or something. Not in this game, it just ends, no boss fight, nothing, just the ending, witch made me pretty sad because it was fun, i was expecting an epic boss fight but nope nothing.

I still really like this game so that is why i recommend it.

Parkour: You can tell this game wasn't meant for platforming your guy slides everywhere
Difficulty: There are some difficulty spikes like when you first get on the surface and it can get annoying
Lifeless maps: Not much is going on in the background and it really feels calm even though there is kind of a war going on

Very classic game, I would say it is still a fun experience even today, if you are looking to play original half life then get this, but if you are expecting a story driven game then this is not really going to be that. There isn't much of a narrative and most of the time you really don't know why you are doing what you are doing. All in all I think that if you are just looking for a classic game then get this, otherwise if you are looking for a more story driven game then get Black Mesa.
