While an amazing game that got a lot of things right, it also got a lot of things wrong.

Pros: Explosions and guns all feel amazing.
Graphics are impressive.
Voice acting is beautiful.
Cross-platform play was great, when it worked.
Accidental friendly fire can be laughed at.
Buggy ragdolls are always hilarious.
Drop-in-drop-out multiplayer makes finding someone to play with easy.
Stealth is an option, though difficult to work with.

Cons: Very often, the devs decide that something is too powerful and rebalance the weapons to fit some Personal Preference of a developer. This leads players to feel underwhelmed when a balance happens to a favourite weapons. Sometimes it's good, like a speed-loader for the revolver. Sometimes it's bad and completely guts a weapons performance (Railgun). Sometimes it just cuts your available ammo in half. Stunting a fun weapon really harms the fun of a game that's already difficult to begin with. Especially when any time you're lit on fire, you lose a majority of your health. Flame damage has been constantly buffed to the point of instantly being dead and yet it takes much more to kill an enemy than it does to kill you.
Regular crashes are an issue, while many have been fixed, the path to the point where crashes aren't commonplace isn't fun, especially when they happen mid-game and you spend all that time just to have no reward after it. I've had hosts crash and I get sent instantly back to my ship.
Intentional friendly fire is just trolling.
Ragdolling is amusing, but there are times where it shouldn't happen. There's even times where you can kill a bug and its body gets sent flying in one direction. This is fine, it's funny, but then it rebounds back to where it died. This is not okay. Especially when these ragdolling bodies become hurt boxes that instantly kill you just because something launched over you and then does a 180 and returns back to where it died, wiping you out as it rebounds back.
Enemy spawn rates become absurd too early in the difficulties. You're often overwhelmed by spawn rates in static missions (extract scientists/important personel) and with weapons being rebalanced you're often not able to output enough damage to sustain the objectives. Extreme co-ordination is essential for even a light chance. Once one player dies you're often without ways to kill larger enemies unless you have a weapon with infinite ammo to kill the smaller guys and get your Hulk-Busting weapons or even clear ground to call in the hulk busting orbitals/eagles.
Some enemies have some absurd ranges on their attacks or even a strong knockback which seems a bit silly (Stalker tongue lashing has actually saved me from being minced meat, but such an attack feels like it shouldn't knock a player so far). And there's the player slowing effects which, quite honestly, really rustles my jimmies. Hunters have an attack that slows you, but also causes an acid burn. Smaller spitters have an acid spit that slows you. Bile Titans are one of the biggest jimmy rustlers of them all. They have speed, high armour and a vomit attack. This attack doesn't need to be near you and it still will slow you temporarily.
Now's the time I talk about the mandatory PSN account linking. I've not needed to do so since launch, but with all these negatives, this is the last straw for me. I could have handled this being essential at launch, but after 166 hours of playing, it's not worth doing now. I've had my fun. I'm going to miss the vibes. I've had enough of weapons being added then rebalanced to be weaker. I'm done with the enemies that have annoying amounts of armour. I'm finished with running out of ammo. I'm sick of being slowed all the time. I'm sick of being clipped by a random rocket or laser shot, or burned to death instantly and I don't have the care to link my Steam account to PSN to play more.

Edit: The PSN account linking update being reverted was good, but even though the CEO stepped down, we continued to get weapon nerfs. We're meant to be an elite offence crew and you're telling me that we're having too much fun with powerful guns, so you need to make them feel like wet noodles and bananas? That's coconuts and bonkers, my dude.

Wacky and wild, completely unfair, but satisfying.

Very similar to The Forest, but in a much more colourful theme and based around four players.
Can be played Solo, but you may have some struggle with how high the enemy damage is until you have decent armour.

While this version of Insurgency lacks some of the maps of the original, I do find myself returning to it repeatedly.

After a number of years waiting for Cube World to get an update, I am let down by the game in the current released state.
Changing from the older EXP based style, the game loses the sense and spirit of progression.
You're met with "You die immediately" to most combat situations until you have a single piece of Green or greater equipment, and even in situations where you might not die immediately, you are often left doing completely zero damage at all.
Fights with enemies are actively encouraged to avoid until you happen to find something in the world, which dropped when something you weren't fighting dies to something else.
The new Region Locking feature causes you to return to the same "You are too weak to kill anything" state from the beginning of the game, meaning you lose all progress you've worked on to that point.
The recurring rewards that DO carry through zones are completely inconsequential, as they add minimal bonus to movement speed when using mobility items, which become unavailable in new zones until you find them again. They also have a substantial diminishing returns, meaning after you've obtained perhaps three, there's little gained from a fourth and so on, until you're gaining virtually no increase. There are also none that add bonuses to combat ability.
You never feel like you're getting stronger, unless you get a new piece of equipment and there's nothing stopping you from completely skipping tiers of gear, it's completely possible find a Gold tier weapon within minutes of starting the game allowing you to question the existence of ANY progression whatsoever.
Among the disappointments in the progression, there's no skill progression, you have the same skills through the entire game unless you decide to choose an alternative sub-class, which only changes your ultimate skill attack.
Crafting has not been expanded upon, towns look far simpler and uninteresting, terrain simplified (to accommodate the region splits) and everything feels like it has lost energy and interest.

The entire game has been a step back, behind what could be considered an alpha state.
Wollay attempted something new with Cube World and it has not worked well.

While a very high demanding game, cyubeVR has great potential as time progresses. "cyubeVR" is a fairly well loved project by its developer "Sbsce", spending a lot of time getting involved with the members of his own Discord server and refining the game through suggestions and criticism. There appears to be a lot of features planned for the future, with constant updates which when implemented feel well polished and designed with reasonable amounts of care.

In the chance your computer doesn't meet minimum requirements, you are welcomed with a message suggesting a refund, which; to me; nets some respect for Sbsce himself.

If you do get this game, I look forward to seeing you in the cyubeVR discord server.
