If you can find a level 100 collector you can work out with them how much extra they want to pay for it. Keep in mind if and it is a big if you can find a collector then your target market is exactly 1 peron. That means it is a buyer's market, their options are if they even want it, are to pay your price or wait. I have and have had several cosmetics come through with the levels that people like. 1, 13, 24, 42, 69, 100 are some of them. I never bother charging more or looking for a collector, it is just to much work with no guarentee of a pay out. PP goes for 1.66 ref and thats how much you should sell it for.
