To start, the character customization is awesome. None of the options are gate kept based on what race you pick. Want a dwarf with demon eyes? go for it. I also really appreciate the inclusion of being able to pick your gender separably of your body type. This game lets me do just about anything I want to, within reason. Want to throw a child? go for it. The combat feels really nice, especially for turn based combat. The moving/camera movement took me a bit of time to get used to, but once i got the hang of it it was not a problem. The game does a rather good job of rewarding you for playing smart and punishes you if you are dumb. However I find being dumb more fun lol. I haven't made it past act 1 because i'm testing different race and class combos. I have played the same story line 3 times now and I still find new things i missed in my last run through. This game is heavy on making choices. If you aren't sure I would recommend saving your game before you yeet a child at a guard. I give this game a 9/10
