Sastojci:

500g brašna
200ml mleka
50g šećera
10g svežeg kvasca
2 jaja
50g putera
Prstohvat soli
Narandžina kora
Ulje za prženje

Uputstvo:

Ugrejte mleko, dodajte kvasac i šećer. Ostavite da nadođe.
U velikoj posudi pomešajte brašno, so, jaja, nadošli kvasac, otopljeni puter i narandžinu koru. Mesite dok ne dobijete glatko testo.
Pokrijte testo i ostavite ga da udvostruči volumen.
Razvucite testo na 1.5cm debljine i vadite krugove.
Grejte ulje na srednje jakoj vatri. Pržite donute dok ne postanu zlatno smeđi.
Poslužite ih posuti šećerom u prahu.

Paella on herkullinen espanjalainen ruokalaji. Kokeile tätä helppoa reseptiä:

Ainekset:
- 2 dl paellariisiä
- 4 dl kanalientä
- 1 sipuli, hienonnettuna
- 2 valkosipulinkynttä, murskattuna
- 1 punainen paprika, kuutioituna
- 200 g vihreitä herneitä
- 300 g sekoitettuja äyriäisiä (katkarapuja, simpukoita, mustekalaa)
- 1 tl sahramia
- 1 tl paprikajauhetta
- 1 sitruuna, viipaloituna
- Suolaa ja pippuria maun mukaan
- Tuoretta persiljaa, hienonnettuna

Valmistus:
1. Kuumenna öljy paellapannussa, kuullota sipuli ja valkosipuli.
2. Lisää paprika, sekoita kunnes pehmenee.
3. Lisää riisi, sahrami, paista muutama minuutti.
4. Kaada kanaliemi, kiehauta. Laske lämpö, hautua kunnes riisi melkein kypsää.
5. Lisää äyriäiset, herneet. Mausta paprikajauheella, suolalla, pippurilla.
6. Hautua, kunnes äyriäiset kypsiä, riisi mehevää.
7. Koristele sitruunaviipaleilla, persiljalla.
8. Tarjoile ja nauti herkullisesta paellasta!

Como este perfil não tem nada de interessante vou ensinar a fazer churros:
Ingredientes:
200g de farinha de trigo sem fermento
250 ml de água
50g de manteiga
1 casquinha de limão
Sal q.b.
3 ovos
Óleo para fritar
Açúcar para polvilhar
Canela para polvilhar
Preparação:
1. Num tacho leve ao lume a água.
Tempere com umas pedrinhas de sal.
Junte a casca de limão e a manteiga.
Deixe ferver.
2. Logo que comece a ferver, retire a casca de limão e adicione a farinha.
Mexa até descolar do tacho.
Coloque a massa numa tigela e deixe arrefecer um pouco.

Como este perfil no tiene nada interesante, pues te dejo la receta de un bizcocho que siempre apetece.

INGREDIENTES:
3 Unidades de Huevos
1,5 Tazas de Azúcar
½ Taza de Aceite
1 Taza de Leche o agua
3 Tazas de Harina

PREPARACIÓN:
1º Cogemos un bol y batimos los huevos. Añadimos poco a poco el azúcar y seguimos batiendo.

2º Seguimos con la masa del bizcocho fácil añadiendo ahora el aceite y la leche, siempre sin dejar de batir.

3º Por último, incorporamos de una a una las tazas de harina y seguimos mezclando hasta integrar por completo todos los ingredientes haciendo movimientos envolventes para evitar que la masa del bizcocho reduzca su volumen.

4º Una vez que tenemos la masa lista, cogemos un molde, lo engrasamos con un poco de mantequilla. Precalentamos el horno a 180-200ºC.

5º Vertemos la masa en el molde y lo horneamos durante 30-45 minutos. Lo retiramos del horno y lo dejamos enfriar.

6º Ya podremos disfrutar de este delicioso bizcocho!! BIEEEN!
