Absolute classic. A masterpiece. An emotional rollercoaster. Beautiful artistic visions brought to life. I have all of the Freddi Fish games & I'm happy whenever I see them while scrolling through my library.

It's all just my nostalgia, sure, but I'll stand by that lol.

One of my favorite games in my Steam library ! Really cute, nice graphics & controls, and not long enough of a game for the repetitive stuff to become boring/old. The story is interesting enough to keep my curiosity, and though the writing is pretty simplistic & there's not much depth to it, it's good enough for me & expected for a cute little cat game. If you *hate* puns, you might not like the writing style so much, haha. I do wish there'd been more variety in monsters & their attacks, but as far as I know that is improved on in the sequel. Might be one of the few games I go back to in order to get all 12 achievements ! Looking forward to playing Cat Quests 2.

OFC I can't hate Viscera Cleanup Detail for the ~funnys~ that have come from it, but I do wish it was made the be more.. playable ? A lasting playthrough ? Even when just laughing over it with friends I get annoyed/bored within seconds/minutes, lol. That's just me, tho !

Even though it's repetitive and lacking in ways, it's still a lot of fun to go through every now & again (like after I finished it the first time, I waited long enough to forget how to properly win through it right away & then played through it again... & repeat).

Simple to understand and progress through.
Can get challenging tryna figure out what developments work with what, especially as you upgrade, and I think the pacing of rising difficulty works well.
Has fun little histories & parody names for other companies & consoles. Good in humor.

Music & decor options could be better. Could've done more for people continuing to play after the end.
I know there's reason why certain combinations of genres etc don't do well in-game, but it'd be nice to have more options in the types of games you wanna make up, I guess ? Maybe I'm asking too much with that, haha.
Thing is, cons to the base game can probably be improved on by adding stuff from the steam workshop ! So really these things are really no biggie, to me.

Overall, a fun little game, especially if you wanna mess around on it or with friend(s).

Not usually a fan of clicker games, but I like this one lol. It's super cute, has a lot of chicken designs, and imo relaxing. After you progress a lot you'll need to wait on more income to get any further with achievements and all, but gladly you don't have to keep the game on in the background to build up eggs. Also watching the chickens do their thing & run after pumpkins is cute. If you need something that isn't gonna take a bunch of thought/effort to pass the time, or want a 'collection' but can't afford stuff irl lol, I think this is good for that.

I loved this game. A simple premise, relaxing art style & environments (for the most part haha), and cute animals. Even then, there's a veil of anxiety to protect your pups & keep them from starving, & certain scenes that get pretty intense kept me from becoming bored. If you're easily distracted from things this game might be slow paced & lacking in content for you, but I think it's worth giving it a shot anyway if you're worried about that, happy to support devs doin' their own thing, & I look forward to playing through Shelter 2 !

Pretty boring idle game. No real customization, standard character designs I guess.. Not bad artwork, but not favorable in my opinion, either, considering this is a game that makes you stare at the screen watching a timer go down to move forward in gameplay. I personally have hate bias for idle games, so I guess keep that in mind about my review if you do like them, but I've definitely played better ones.. & on mobile. Idle games on PC just feels....wrong lol.

Short unsettling experience with a fun lil' mechanic in the mix. Good lil' free game !
