I finished this game on Stadia back in the day, but now I'm playing through on Steam with the 2.0 update. I keep reading "it feels like a different game" in 2.0 reviews, but I disagree: It feels like a better version of the same game. You might even say it's "Cyberpunk 2077 2.0"

Any time I think "the NPCs could be less robotic" or "inventory management could be better" or "outfits could be hotter", I remember that this is Fallout in Space and it's perfect.

Breath of the Wild for grown folks.

Camp building is lots of fun. That's really the best part. All other activities are to support building a neat camp.

I got this when it was on sale for $2.99 and I can say it was easily worth it. It would have been worth it at full price. If you like to build settlements, the Vault-Tec Workshop expansion has so much to love. I've put in about 12 hours so far, and I've still got so much more I want to do. I am only halfway through the main story for Fallout 4, but after starting this add-on, I'm totally side tracked. The built-in electricity and modular rooms and structures take a lot of the frustrating parts out of settlement building, leaving you free to build something really cool.
