An unsurprising yet stupid move from Activision. It feels like a situation where they could have their cake and eat it too. The hype from this mod would have boosted sales even at full price. Anyone who thought Microsoft would change Activision is a joke, if anything its the opposite. Also even though it was a quality remake, the base game is a joke and unstable AF. I hope someone leaks this mod so we can play a pirated version.

The game is by far perfect, lacking content and has some net code issues. But the core here is actually superb, polished and feels great to play. If you want a pure Ork experience, look no further.

Everything that was once good about the franchise is gone, the potential to evolve upon the formula of tight arena shooter meets looter shooter has been tossed aside, replaced by a lacklustre imitation of Doom Eternal. The story is about as bad as the second game, but now Wang has lost any of the campy charm that might have once made you smirk.

I got DNA tested after playing this game and it came back 30% Japanese.

Amazing voice actors and lore. 40k feel is very much here. It's a shame then that the game is all kinds of buggy, crashes a lot, and feels janky in the menus. The campaign overstays its welcome by a huge margin as well, you'll spend 40 hours playing whack a mole with invasions that pose no risk, no challenge, and just become dull.
