I know what you're thinking, but the funny thing is I don't even like video games.

I'm not very good at figuring out if games are good or bad...
But that's why I just go by my heart~

Ok, so you might want to buy this game but you see a lot of bad reviews saying that the game keeps crashing, or maybe that they couldn't make it work on their windows 10, don't worryyyy, it's REALLY easy to fix...ᵇᵘᵗ ˢᵒᵐᵉ ᵖᵉᵒᵖˡᵉ ᵈᵒⁿ'ᵗ ᵉᵛᵉⁿ ʷᵃⁿᵗ ᵗᵒ ᵗʳʸ

All you need to do is download a few DLLs, one is the D3D9.dll and the other one is the xlive.dll, just download those and place them on your game's folder, you know? the folder with the Fallout3.exe.
( This should fix your game, of course, if you still need more help, there's a LOT of mods and tutorials online that will help you with every possible bug you might find. don't worry about it too, it's totally worth it

Alright now that your game is working, lets talk about it:

I really like this game and i've played it for so long, it's totally replayable, you always find things or places that you didn't even knew they were there, after a while, finding something new is a wonderful experience.
So Fallout 3 is a game about YOU surviving in a post-apocalyptic world, okay okay, maybe you already knew about it haha, but still, the thing is that if you love roleplay like me, you can always make a different character, you can even make yourself! Imagine if you make a character that looks just like you, would you be able to hold a pistol and use it? no? then maybe you could use a baseball bat? let's see how long you would survive being you!
This game is perfect for roleplay, and when you combine mods with it, it looks awesome.

The Story

If you like how the world looked like in 1950, this game is for you
The story is that a guy long time ago decided to use nuclear energy to make everything, you can guess the rest xD... no? what do you mean no? OKAY i'll tell you then, fine, so... when making nuclear powered stuff worked, it allowed the world to make all kinds of stuff like domestic robots, energy weapons, all those things needed power, and most of the fuel in the world was over, nobody had oil anymore, except for Alaska, which had a lot of oil, the last place in the world with oil, China was really powerful, so they decided to take the oil from the Americans, they took over Alaska, but they quickly lost it due to America's newest creation, ThE pOwER aRmOr!!!! >:), when the war was over, people got paranoid that the big "KABOOM" was inevitable, I- I mean... the atomic bombs, y-you knew they had atomic bombs right?
The americans decided to find ways to survive the nuclear fallout by hiding under their bed-

A corporation called Vault-tec created underground bunkers called Vaults to protect people from the apocalypse, then the bombs dropped, everybody died except the ones inside the Vaults ⁿᵒᵗ ᵉᵛᵉʳʸᵒⁿᵉ ᵇᵘᵗ ᵗʰᵃᵗ'ˢ ᵃ ˢᵘʳᵖʳᶦˢᵉ, YOU are a resident of one of those Vaults, 200 years after the war, and you're forced to go outside into the wild wasteland to look for your father that disappeared for some reason and left you sleeping in the Vault.

The Gameplay

Maybe you like RPG? you can level up your character, craft new weapons, discover locations, make friends, work on a special build with your skills, wait, what do you mean you don't like RPG? ah! you though I was talking about the gun right? the one that goes BOOOOM! nah, I wasn't talking about that! but since you mentioned, this game is also fun for people who like to shooting games, you don't care about the story and just want to go there and shoot those mutants until they explode? then you're on the right game, on Fallout you can literally explode people with your guns, have fun pistol packin friend! Like I said before, I love roleplaying and this game is perfect for doing that, BUT if you don't like roleplaying, this game is also cool for you as well cause you can decide how you want to play, you're free to do that, go out there, help people, destroy people, do nothing, swim, eat 200 years old noodles, change from first person to third person, but don't forget to work on your skills a little bit, your character won't be able to blow anybody's head of it has no experience with guns, and by experience i mean skils, so work on that small guns skill ya hear me?

The DLCs

It has 5 DLCs, and it really adds to the experience, they are really different from each other, you always go to a different place, get different weapons, meet different characters, it's totally worth it, But you need one of them to continue the game after the ending, you will understand why once you understand the story, I won't tell you! you have to play u.u

NO! of course not, there are indeed a few things I don't like, so now i'm gonna tell you the bad parts of the game

The bad parts of the game

Well.... where do I start, right... So I don't really like the animations, I always have to use mods to get better animations, this doesn't really affect the game, it's just something I don't like

I also don't like how you have to download a lot of mods sometimes to fix simples stuff that the people who made the game could have fixed before.

I don't like how the companions get stuck on the doors everytime, it's really annoying, but you get used to it

I really don't like how people don't care about anything in this game, like if you go to a city and they tell you: "We don't like dogs!" and then you take your dog there they don't say anything, they don't do anything, they don't even look at you with that "i don't like what you're doing" face.

I feel like at some quests, the developers could have done a lot more, some quests feel empty, like they had potential but it just doesn't feel epic.

So that's the end

I really like the game, even though I think it needs a lot of attention, it's worth it, it's my favorite fallout game, it's not perfect, but i'm also not perfect, nobody is, we just learn to make the best out of it.
