Hi, just wanted to remind you that the PDTH cop voiceline mod doesnt work.

Greetings. I just wanted to ask you about the Sandman's PDTH Cop Voicelines mod. I put it to mod_override folder, but it does nothing. Game sees the folder, but files don't modified. Am I doing something wrong?
